FAQ

Orchid is your personal assistant, the kind of help that used to be reserved for a lucky few. It quietly handles your email, your calendar, your meeting prep, and your travel, so you can focus on what actually matters to you.

Orchid runs your inbox, books your meetings, and preps you before every important call. It plans your trips, sources thoughtful gifts, and handles the small stuff that quietly eats up your day.

Orchid is built for people who care about their time, like founders, investors, lawyers, agents, and agency owners. It is for anyone whose hours should go toward real work, not the endless busywork around it.

Probably more than you would expect. Orchid handles email, scheduling, vendors, invoices, travel, meeting prep, and even gift sourcing. It can also book the doctor visit you keep putting off. You decide the scope, and Orchid takes care of the rest from there.

Orchid learns by reading what you have already written. It picks up your tone, the phrases you use, and how you write to a client versus a friend. The longer you use it, the more your drafts begin to sound exactly like you wrote them.

Only within the limits that you set. Replies stay as drafts until you hit send, and calendar holds happen only with your approval. You can pull back access at any time, and nothing important goes out without you.

Orchid only sees the accounts that you choose to connect. We never sell your data, share it with anyone, or use it to train any model. You can disconnect or delete everything from settings whenever you want to.

Today, Orchid works with Gmail and Google Calendar. Many more apps are on the way, like Outlook, Slack, Notion, and Linear. If you need one we have not added yet, tell us and we will move it up the list.
