That means schema, tools, prompts, and UI. We're a small team, so what you ship this week is what users get next week.
What you'll do
- Build and improve agent workflows across SMS, web chat, and email
- Design tool interfaces and execution paths that hold up on real user data
- Work with Convex for persistence, auth, and workflow orchestration
- Partner with design on interaction details and with infra on performance
- Debug production issues with traces, audits, and user reports
Nice to have
- You've shipped LLM-powered products, not just demos
- You're comfortable owning a feature from API to UI
- You write clear TypeScript and keep diffs small
