You'll make complicated things feel simple: good type, calm layouts, and details that still work on the hundredth use.
What you'll do
- Own product UX across onboarding, settings, and high-traffic workflows
- Extend and protect the Orchid brand across site, product, and launches
- Prototype quickly, then ship polished UI with engineering
- Define patterns for states, empty views, errors, and async agent feedback
- Use research, support tickets, and your own product sense to prioritize
Nice to have
- Strong visual and verbal identity work, not just wireframes
- Comfort in Figma and in the codebase when that's faster
- Restraint. Knowing what to leave out.
